Sunrise Nha Trang Beach Hotel & Spa

The front desk staff was extremely helpful in helping us locating a lost phone which we greatly appreciated. He definitely and positively impacted our trip in Vietnam. He is an example of customer excellence.

Compare to other 5-star hotels such as Intercontinental, Sunrise has an older looks and room.

Everything, unbelievable breakfast, the pool was perfect. The water was a little cool but completely refreshing and the best towels.The room was excellent.Now for the staff, which to me is probably what separates a good hotel from a great one. I’m very fortunate that I’ve traveled quite a lot. All of the staff were exceptional.DAT at the front desk helped us resolve a visa email issue immediately , HA and NHAT were both knowledgeable and always pleasant to deal with. I’m not sure of our house keeper’s name but she would sneak in and out remarkably quick leaving the room spotless. Thanks to all.

Huge room/suite with an amazing view. A little dated, but well maintained overall. Pool was great as was buffet breakfast — loved the piano playing

Very centrally located , right across from the beach . The rooms with a balcony that face the beach have a great view .

The reception staff aren’t as friendly as other hotels we’ve stayed at but the Doorman made up for it . He was always smiling when we left and when we returned to the hotel each day. Very stingy on the toilet paper as we ran out one day. They want a cash security deposit when you arrive and that was never mentioned in the booking. They wanted $100 USD but settled for 1,000,000 VND

The staff was amazing! Shout out to Hung for making our stay so fun. Just being greeted by him made our day.Sunrise surprised us by putting us in room 605! It has a terrace that runs the entire length of the south side of the hotel! Plus, it had a Jacuzzi tub on the balcony on the east side of the hotel!Breakfast was a delight, with delicious options and a live pianist playing lovely music.We spent NYE at the hotel and enjoyed the festivities with a great live band, and a lobster dinner that was above and beyond!The location was wonderful. Highly recommend! We'll be back!

The hotel was very nice. My room was huge and I was comfortable there. Beds were soft, pool was nice and it's right in front of the beach.

The staff there are not welcoming. When I checked in the lady at the front desk didn't even smile until the very end she tried to smile, but it looked like it was causing her pain. The door man was very cheerful and the only person who seemed interested in the guests. I did not feel comfortable there because of the cold staff. I read other reviews here and on Google, and many people seemed to have the same experience. The staff needs to remember who the customers are and treat them properly.

the lighting is difficult to figure out out - there is a panel that controls all lightings in the room. Took us a bit of time to figure out how to use it

Breakfast is good. Right on the beach but a bit of walking to restaurants, night market.

We got the ocean front with balcony and it was a beautiful view of Nha Trang Beach. I appreciated they offered us the early check in with reasonable extra cost. The room was beautiful and very spacious. Breakfast was excellent. Staff was amazing

The hotel facilities were fantastic! The pool was clean and never too busy and the part of the beach the hotel is on is quiet and not very crowded! The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. The staff were all fantastic and really made all of us (including my young kids) feel welcomed and loved.

Located next to Lotte mall and Nha Trang center. There are many things to do around. Recommend Ca Bay seafood restaurant nearby, really good service and good food. The staff was really nice and efficient. Decent breakfast.

The kids' room was outdated and clearly needs more toys for kids to play with. Some steps in the Swimming pool are nearly broken.

Very attentive personnel all over the hotel. The pool area is great for relaxing and the free to use chairs and umbrellas at the beach just great.

We loved this hotel! It's right on the beach and has a lovely restaurant and bar at the front. We were upgraded to a suite with a terrace which was a lovely surprise and the breakfast was perfect. Nothing not to like

I very much liked the concept of a colonial style building even though it was only built in the early 2020s, proving that the Vietnamese people are more than able to fuse their past and present while also looking to the future. The design of the hotel is very elegant and much more enticing to me than other “modern” counterparts in Nha Trang, which you can find all over the world in any country. Besides that, the service was tremendous and very friendly and helpful indeed, and the suite I stayed in was top notch, with beautiful sea views.

The only issues I had with hotel were the fact that the spa, gym and massage facilities were closed for maintenance when my wife and I stayed there while the “pho” noodles at breakfast should have been cooked by a professional chef in traditional Vietnamese style. Everything else was superb.

The pool area was the highlight of the stay. Really big, clean, well maintained and loads of sun loungers. The room was really large with a nice balcony over looking the sea.

Hallways were dated, lots of the property was empty and loads of weird corridors. But this didn’t really matter as the rooms, pool and restaurant were great.

The view, breakfast, pool and beach, amazing hotel, the best we have been.

Excellent breakfast, loved the pool and happy hour cocktails, staff were very friendly and professional. Beds in the room were incredibly comfortable. Hotels sunbeds on the beach were fab, didn’t register the busy road as so close to the sea.

Very noisy air conditioning, flooring around the pool was quite dirty especially by the bar
